Welcome to Vecax! This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of our AI-driven character interaction platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Management

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree:

• Not to misuse or exploit AI-generated content for unlawful purposes.

• To respect the intellectual property rights of others and avoid sharing copyrighted or offensive material.

• To engage respectfully with AI characters and avoid using the Service to promote harmful behavior or harassment.

3. Content Ownership and Licensing

• The AI characters, conversations, and associated assets are the intellectual property of Vecax.

• Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant Vecax a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content for operational and analytical purposes.

• Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of Service content is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy and Data Use

• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process user data.

• We may collect anonymized chat interactions to improve AI functionality and user experience.

• You can manage your privacy settings within the app.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive to provide an uninterrupted Service but do not guarantee continuous availability.

• Features, AI character interactions, and other elements of the Service may change over time.

6. Termination of Use

• Users may discontinue use at any time by deleting their accounts.
